NEWSFLASH

In public school, 68% of fourth-graders lacked proficiency in reading. And close to 3/4 (74%) of eighth-graders were nonproficient in math according to AECF.

238,000 children, statewide, are unsupervised from 3pm-6pm and 19% of juvenile violent crimes occur between 3pm-7pm, following regular school hours.

ONE on ONE COACHING

Our personalized coaching sessions are designed to help children overcome challenges like lack of motivation, shyness, and low self-confidence.

GROUP COACHING

Is your child struggling with their mood and behavior, hanging out with the wrong crowd, engaging in risky behavior, using alcohol or drugs, skipping school, or being disrespectful to authority?

MENTORSHIP

Our program offers young people the opportunity to develop essential life skills, build strong friendships, boost self-esteem, cultivate self-love, and learn practical everyday knowledge.

WELCOME! Thank you for your interest in SOLID Academy! Please prepare to spend up to 20 minutes completing all eight sections of this form accurately. This information is crucial for ensuring the safety and positive experience of your child(ren) upon acceptance. 3. Submit Verification

The annual fee to join is $75 per child, helping cover basic program expenses for field activities. We offer flexible monthly payments and discounts for families with multiple children. You will be informed about your dues upon acceptance. Slots may become available for guest participants and waiting list applicants when space permits. General Liability & Indemnification: I acknowledge that participation in SOLID ACADEMY, INC involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, and property damage. Emergency Medical Treatment Authorization: In the event of an emergency, and if I cannot be reached, I authorize SOLID ACADEMY, INC staff to secure and administer necessary emergency medical treatment for my child, including transportation to a hospital, physician, or other medical facility.
